Navigating Options & Creating A Wish List
At the beginning of your project, our designers will help you navigate through the numerous options available, and inspire you with new ideas to make the most of your space. One of the best ways to start is with a wish list or mood board. This helps our designers get a better idea of your vision for the space, and from there, we can develop the project together.
Initial Meeting For Kitchen Design
Then, the initial meeting can take place either in person at our showroom or virtually, depending on your preference. During this meeting, we will discuss your space, ideas, and time scales, to get a rough overview of your project. We will then ask for your architect’s plans or arrange an initial site visit to take measurements.
Getting an Initial Quotation and Viewing Samples for Your Kitchen Design
After this, we will provide you with an initial quotation. This gives you an accurate idea of the cost of the project, and we can continue to work on the pricing elements throughout the project. To view samples, materials, and colours, it’s best to do this in person. Therefore, we advise that you arrange a showroom meeting at some stage.
If you decide to move forward with us, we ask for a Design fee of £800 + Vat. This fee is deducted from the final balance and enables us to develop the project from the initial plan to a completed project. We can then move on to the next stage of the project, which is issuing technical drawings and liaising with your contractor.
